There are two documents in this section of the portfolio:
- An inhouse punctuation guide for an online school
- A technical document summarizing typical learner types related specifically to students preparing for IELTS, a globally important language proficiency exam. The document was the culmination of a several-months-long study of student issues and was used to train teachers in how to effectively assist students in an online context.
